Polish Tatras are hands-down my favorite sheep-guarding dogs. This is my pencil-on-Bristol portrait of Martin, a Polish Tatra (with a hint of Spanish Mastiff) who lives works on my parents' farm.

Let's Try Again, Shall We?

As you well know, poor Zephyra's casting was a complete disaster, and she broke into ten different pieces in the process. I was so frustrated that I put her on a back shelf and left her there for a year. Now, I'm working on putting her back together. This time, no more homemade molds! Once she's back together (it will take a while) she'll be available for pre-ordering. If she has enough takers, then I'll have her sent to someone who actually knows what they are doing and she can go into production.
